Rental Notes
Rentals cover venue only – tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and other equipment are not included.
To respect our surroundings, we allow acoustic music and intimate live bands. DJs and amplified systems aren’t permitted.

Street parking is available; shuttles are recommended for events with larger guest counts.
Trash Policy
Trash bins and disposal services are not included.
Optional trash removal (up to 6 large bags): $350 flat fee.
Taxes & Fees
A 4.712% Hawai‘i General Excise Tax (GET) and 3% Service Fee will be added to all bookings.
